Intermittent wifi

Hello I recently joined and my wifi cuts off all the time. Today alone it has gone red mutliple times. I have reset router and waited then started back up and I am losing wifi still every 5 mins or so. We work from home and need this resolved as soon as possible please

If it's definitely just the wifi then don't reset but unplug for 5 minutes and then plug back in.

Perhaps note that choosing to use a domestic broadband service for WFH doesn't bring any additional service level or faster response times.  Openreach doesn't provide weekend repairs for individual home connections.
