Intermittent wifi

Hi,

 since upgrading our WiFi has got worse. The strength of the WiFi on fast.com doesn't match the suggested broadband strength. I can no longer conduct Teams calls as an example. The WiFi also drops regularly - 10-15  times a day. We have quite an old router
