Intermittent signal to devices

I had Full Fibre broadband installed on Friday. We have a smart tv and many WiFi reliant devices in the house, these keep dropping signal intermittently. I've run a test on the line and it says there's no issues, so why can't I get a reliable connection?

@LDeakin

Do you have a good strong signal throughout your home in all rooms where these devices are located ?

No, the devices are in different rooms and drop out intermittently. The smart tv is in the same room as the router

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
