Although all tests always say everything is ok since upgrading to full fibre and the installation we keep getting intermittent issues as evidenced by my work teams calls dropping out and phone switching to 5g. To be absolutely clear none of this happened prior to the 'upgrade'. It is unsustainable for us especially from a work perspective
