Intermittent internet on laptop

Hi team,

 

im a new sky broadband customer. The first two weeks were good. Since then my internet has been intermittent.

 

I've restarted the hub multiple times, that helps for 5 minutes or less then goes back.

 

please help.

@Rob8819  Does this also happen to any of other devices that are connected to your router?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Ive tested that, my mobile and google hub don't seem to be effected, at the same time I'm not using them continuously so it's hard to gauge.

 

when I use my laptop at another location the internet is not effected on the laptop. When the laptop is connect I have three devices connected.

 

after speaking with sky tech team, I turned the router off at the mains, waited 10+ mins and switched back on.

 

internet worked perfectly for 10-15 mins then back to intermittent...

 

sky have sent a replacement router.
