Intermittent internet connection for the last week

Absolutely sick to death of the **bleep** internet connection I've had in my home for the last week. And being told to switch off and back on again! And the connection looks good. 
why am I paying for a service like this. 
anyone else having this problem. I'm in the Northumberland area

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I am having the same problem! I've had enough, if it carries on I WILL be switching providers

@Mollie96 after midnight lines can be disconnected for a few hours due to work being done on the network. If your line is back this morning you can assume thst was the issue. Pointless switching isp as the work affects any isp using the Openreach network.
