Intermittent connection

Looks like others are having the same issue. Service checker says everything is fine but internet keeps dropping off CONSTANTLY. I work from home several days a week. How do I go about getting this sorted ASAP?

 

the app says everything is fine so won't give me the option to book an engineer visit, and finding a phone number to call to get help is like finding the holy grail!

The service checker doesn't necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there can be an hour plus delay before it picks up a lost connection which is why on here we tend to advise on trying it again later.

 

If you need to call Sky dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it's still working.
