Intermittent connection

Over the past week my Internet connection keeps dropping outcand my tv picture keeps freezing and pixellating. If I am watching on Disney plus or other apps the feed drops out every five minutes and takes 5 minutes to reset. I had problems during the summer and was told it was due to the position of the aerial. After 5 weeks you fitted a new aerial in a better position and a new Sky Q box. If you can't provide the service I am paying for I will have to change suppliers as my wife and I both work from home and need reliable wifi.

I am afraid you'll need to be more specific about your setup because neither Sky Broadband or Sky TV use an aerial. Sky Broadband uses the copper telephone line to your house, or a fibre cable. Sky TV uses either a Sky satellite dish or your broadband.
