This isnt unusual Sky will provide a "booster" if you buy their Broadband Boost bundle and you ask for one or their new Wifi Max package can come with up to 3 extender pods if yhey are required. Otherwise there are loads of third party solutions you can buy.

I just purchased the WiFi max, it didn't make a difference. I had the boost before as well.

I didn't, no. Didn't even realise that was a thing until mentioned above. I've been trying to find some sort of booster on Sky's website but there is no such thing, it keeps taking me to mobile accessories.

Just to be clear, I only have broadband, I don't use sky TV services.
