Intermittent connection to internet

I have just upgraded my sky broadband hub, because I was dealing with intermittent Internet connection whilst I'd be upstairs in my house, and it has done nothing to improve the connection at all. It's becoming increasingly frustrating.

@Loopz if devices work downstairs poperly the issue is that you need some form of extender to get the data upstairs. This isnt unusual Sky will provide a "booster" if you buy their Broadband Boost bundle and you ask for one or their new Wifi Max package can come with up to 3 extender pods if yhey are required. Otherwise there are loads of third party solutions you can buy.

I just purchased the WiFi max, it didn't make a difference. I had the boost before as well.

@Loopz  Do you have any pods that come with the Sky Max  subscription?

I didn't, no. Didn't even realise that was a thing until mentioned above. I've been trying to find some sort of booster on Sky's website but there is no such thing, it keeps taking me to mobile accessories.

You would need to contact sky to get the sky pod
