Intermittent broadband

Installed my sky fiber yesterday and already the Ont power plug has failed which I replaced with brand new original Ont plug. Service is now back working but every 30 mins or so it drops entirely the PON light on the ONT flashes (light level is -17 even when this light flashes) this happens for about 5 mins or so then service resumes for another 30 mins then it happens again

@CraigFarmer Do you know why the ONT PSU failed so quickly out the box, any heat on the ONT if you touch feel it, also the same for the New PSU module? Had a quick touch on mine, but it is in a cool place to start with off a dormer area, so the ONT slight heat to touch, and the PSU is stone cold!

Pon light and all off the lights are OR Openreach controlled ONT Wise! -17 is a good light level so you have a good fibre light to the unit -26 and above you are getting into the hairy operation level! Also i am OR Openreach connected so you know!
