Intermittent broadband connection
We recently got connected to Sky for the first time but have been receiving a very intermittent connection the entire time.

@FandSC Can you define what is intermittent about it, see if anything is found from the links below! Would also be helpful to know what you have equipment wise!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
