Intermittent broadband connection

WiFi / broadband has started dropping intermittently. Happens about 10-15 times a day for a minute or so. It's been working absolutely fine for at least 2 years, nothing has changed and it happens to the wifi and wired connections. When I troubleshoot it says no problems reported. 

I've seen quite a few reports of this on the forum has anyone found an answer?

 

Ive tried restarting the router.
