Intermittent broadband and WiFi

Hi there I have tryed resetting it and turning all power off to my broadband but it keeps failing and saying there is no connection 

I think I have a issue with the main router 

all light s re in but my sky box keeps saying no signal it's literally in the next room

Same, mine has been this way for the last week or so. Absolutely no way to get through to someone at sky anymore. Unfortunately it's even harder for me because I have a staff account and they won't deal with these accounts over the phone or message. Just waiting for my contract to come closer as CityFiber are going to buy out the contract for me.

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
