Intermittent and not logical access

I have had a Sky Q hub since September. When working from home I have intermittent issues usually around every 4-6 weeks when I can send/receive emails, make TEAMS calls but cannot access most websites. At the same time I have issues with accessing some TV apps through my Bush TV.  I reset the router but it doesn't always remedy the solution.  

Work IT say it's a Sky issue and I have to agree as if I go to other sites, I don't have the same problem.

Can anyone help?  ..and why do Sky not provide phone numbers for technical help?
