Intermittent WiFi

My WiFi is intermittent - it frequently drops for a few minutes and then seems to right itself back into action but it's frustrating when it's constantly interrupting conference calls. The sky test says it's fine - I have reconnected and reboooted continuously but service is still intermittent.

To be clear the WiFi router internet and voice lights go amber and signal is temporarily lost  and then regained.

@JezWa Then run the diagnostic to see if anything is found, if not it's a call to sky!
