Intermittent WiFi dropouts
Over the last few months my SKY WiFi has occasionally dropped, only for a couple of minutes while it reboots itself but it is kind of annoying. I've had the router for a while and wondered if anyone else had this problem and it was the router that needed replacing.

@mainemanken Although age is a possibility for dropping the connection, if occasionally would not suspect that is the case. You can run the diagnostic to see if anything gets shown!
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

Thanks for the info, no faults in the line test. Sky periodically tell me how good my line connection is so I thought this would be the case this time.

Thanks again, great information but as my issue is intermittent everything at this time is functioning correctly. When a fault occurs it's only for a couple of minutes while it resets itself, I don't need to do anything but it's annoying when you pay for a continuous unwavering connection, which except for the 6 - 8 times this has happened over the last 3 - 4 months it is. Being Mr cynical perhaps upgrading to the next level package the 'problem' would disappear🤔.

@mainemanken The reason for the link was that TWO off the older hubs are being withdrawn Dec2025. You do not say what you have! Last two when you get to look at the link sent!

Thanks, Sky have already told me my hub will either require replacement in December or updating. I was thinking of just updating but maybe I'll change the hub to resolve the problem.
