Intermittent WiFi connection
Reoccurring issues with connection to wifi. The connection is intermittent, one minute we are connected then our phones and other devices are buffering. The second light on the router either goes off or flashes orange. We have moved the router to a clear space and we are still having the same issue. We do not understand why we are paying for a service we are not being consistently provided with. I will cancel my direct debit until this issue is sorted. If this cannot be sorted I will be seeking reimbursement and changing provider.

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection
I am having exactly the same issue and on day 4 of it now. My contract is due to end so I'm seriously contemplating going elsewhere now. It's a joke to pay for a service (and not a cheap one) and not get proper service

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
