Intermittent WiFi and getting worse

WiFi connection to the hub is being lost consistently, and it's getting more frequent and for a longer duration every time.

Sky tv puck is stopping g every few minutes and saying no WiFi connection.

Video calls on laptop are breaking up video and audio.

when I do the system checker in the app it says everything is fine - but the puck especially shows this is not the case

Re: Intermittent WiFi and getting worse

I'm the same, yesterday and today.

skys WiFi checker says 'good' when I check on my phone, using my own mobile data, because WiFi is down and the router lights are all orange.

Sky, what's happening?

This is a customer helps custom,er forum so if the checker says there are no issues in your area then if you haven't already try running this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
