Intermittent Internet loss
The internet is intermittently dropping out, I have checked the router and all the lights are on, I have reset and this has no impact. The download and upload speeds appear ok but it keeps intermittently losing connection which is impacting my work

Re: Intermittent Internet loss
@MichelleCarter1 When it drops out you are not seeing anything at all changing? Are any other devices working fine at this point and it's just not THAT device with the issue!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

Re: Intermittent Internet loss
@MichelleCarter1 if the lights on the hub are not changing when you lose connectivity it sounds like a possible issue with your home network. If you are using WiFi could something like an older microwave or a fluorescent kight beccausing interference?
