Intermittent Connectivity Issues

Good Morning, 

 

Our Internet keeps dropping out, especically when using teams and other work related systems - It self rights, but then happens again. Can someone please look into it?

@KBGS you are not talking to Sky when posting on the forum. You can run some checks yourself the lights on the hub will show if the briadband connection is dropping (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) if they dont change the issue is most likely poor WiFi in the room you are working in. Teams requires a steady connection rather than a fast one so improving wifi perhaps by adding a booster which can come with Sky's WiFi Max add-on might help.
