Interesting drops whenever trying to stream!!

Been had this issue for months now, I even had to upgrade to sky max for this,

internet drops/cuts off every time I try go live and play games, not sure what's the issue here had about 3 new sky boxes sent to my house now, and this issue keeps happening every time I try go live!! When this happens WiFi sky fully restarts it self.

had WiFi specialist coming over to check everything and apparently there's no issue!!
must be from ONT side the line must be weaker or something not sure.

anyone know what this could be ?

@Alex277 if replacing hubs has had no effect it could be a line issue but if you have a full fibre line with an ONT you would expect to see issues with the lights on the unit. Do you see a redlight on the ONT which would indicate an issue with the optical signal? While there could be an issue with the line from the distribution point to your property it is very rare.

If not are all devices affected or just some? Normally issues with streaming are down to poor connection between the hub and the device. Both gaming and streaming video over WiFi are vulnerable to interference either fromyour neighbours' wifi or your own electrical equipment. However that would not cause the hub to reboot spotaenously. Devices connected by ethernet cables are immune from interference issues.

Given Sky's engineers have been involved and not found the cause it is unlikely forum members can. It is puzzling.
