I have an appointment booked for today between 1-6 to get broadband installed but I haven't received the broadband parcel in the post yet I think I'm going to need to change the appointment I can't find anywhere how to do that.

Personally I wouldn't try. Cancelling on the day of the appointment or the day before incurs a £25 fee
