Installation complete - still showing pending

Hi,

 

I got my new connection setup by the engineer on his scheduled date. The device the working, I'm connected to the internet. All good.

However the progress on the account/orders still shows the installation is pending. I also got message from open reach that installation was not complete. My billing has not started. My previous provider is still connected which should've been disconnected by this switch now.

 

Can someone please guide me.

Have you called Sky and spoken to

them about this ?
