Install engineer

Hello my installation engineer didn't come yet it's time 8Am-1PM how can I contact with him i wanna go to my work as well

It's only 1146! You can't contact the engineer directly.

@Rajakhan  As advised your still within the appointment window which is 8am to 1pm, you can't get the engineer there any quicker as they have jobs scheduled throughout their day.

 

As you were made aware of the appt window it is up to you top make necessary arrangements with work etc.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Also, if you go to work and miss the appointment Sky will charge you £25.
