Anyone know what happens to a virgin media cancellation when Sky/open reach push the install date back - am I going to end up with no internet for a week!
Ordered sky end of dec, had open reach cable laid outside, was supposed to be getting a sky engineer to install the internal bits wed 29th and as far as I am aware thats the cancel date they have given Virgin. Just got a text from Sky saying that Openreach are now doing and install - then a text from Openreach saying that the new date is now the 6th of Feb. This is going to cause us major issues since we both work from home.
Hoping that since Sky have changed the date that they will change the cancel date with Virgin - but not sure what happens
