Instalation progress
I had someone from open reach come to connect my interned on 12th June. They needed additional connection support withing the street. I had a text yesterday to say there was an update but I can't access this information when clicking the link. Can I have an update please?

@AmyJeanette you are not talking directly to Sky by posting in the forum. However I have escalated your pist to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session who should be able to check what is going on. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

What have Sky said when you called them about this update, as you will need to contact them as this is a customer helps customer forum.
