Hi, as part of the advanced security process various Sky agents have asked for the serial number of my Sky router. Problem - the serial number they have on their records is different to the one they delivered to me last December. So due to their error my call with thier call centre was closed immediately. My recourse waste contact Sky cancellation services but they cannot help either. Does anyone know to get Sky to get their own records corredt?
