Incredibly slow wifi

Hey all, first post here & a new sky customer. I bought sky superfast after moving into my first home, comparison sites all said average speed is 61mbps which was the fastest of the bunch on there. Hub got activated today, i havent cracked over 7mbps which is 10x slower than average. Minimum guaranteed speed is supposed to be 19mbps which again is dreadfully slow. What can i do? I spoke to someone on the phone earlier any they've basically said its down to ioenreach in my area and most providers will be the same. It's honestly not even worth paying for, using my phone as a hotspot is much faster & i have unlimited data in my plan

The 61mbps average speed figure you saw was likely a nationwide average, not the speed for your specific line. The speed you get its determined by the quality of the copper cabling to your home as well as distance from your local cabinet. 

If you post your router stats we can see if there is a line fault.
