I wish to change from morning to evening time slot same day I have booked 8am to 1pm I wish to change to 1pm to 6pm same day 31 jan

The messaging team from Sky tried to contact you about this as you can see and apparently you didn't respond so do you want them to be alerted and if so will you be able to respond ?

Have tried changing in both app an calling both unsuccessful spent twenty five minutes waiting in queue only for phone to hang up in answer spoke to Indian call center no help they put me though to sky where I waited 25 minutes to get cut off before answer this is my fourth phone call trying to get this changed

So after three weeks of trying to get my appointment resecudle which is tomorrow I was told that sky was aware of this problem an they would be in touch with new date an time no one has now I would just like to cancel the whole thing if it's this much time an trouble just to get a new appointment what happens when I have a real problem

Yeah I've tried calling them about getting the appointment changed I've tried everything to get this done all to no avail so calling them to cancel seems futile how else can I contact the uncontactable

I did respond I spoke to ade a ake employee last week she told me they would be in touch about new date time via text or email no one has
