I've received a new router and I've had a text to say it should be working. All the lights are correct however the Wi-Fi password and pin doesn't work on the back of the box. I've reset the devise and still no luck. Can anyone help please?

If you can login the router with the username " admin " and the password is your Wi-Fi password you can then go to the Wi-Fi tab to check. The username is is without the quotes also.
If this does not let you login, hold down the reset button for 20 seconds till you see the lights on the front flash and then let it re-boot and try again. If this does not work come back and let us know.

Can we ask what browser you are using to try to access the router and what kind of device?
