Incorrect password when it's correct

I have just had my router installed by an engineer, it's my first home so I've never done this before, do I just have to wait a few hours for it to start to work?

It can take up to midnight tonight to activate if it was installed today

By the way what hub have you got and what password are you referring to

Username admin

Password   sky or the wifi password
