Incorrect Password

I have had two sky routers. Both will not accept the password to log on. I have checked every kind of letter configuration. Capitals etc. Reset everything. Tested my signal. Lights are all on. Tried to log on to three different devices and still doesn't work. Not sure what else I can do. Please, please HELP?

@Barker64 check you have zctually reset the hubs which for the black typecrequires you to press and hold-in the reset pin until,the power led blinks which takes up to 20 seconds.  Release to early and the unit restarts. For the newer white hubs press and hold in the wps button unitil the led starts blinking green which takes 30 seconds.

 

If the hubs still wont connect reboot or reet device you are using as the pasword memory field can become corrupted after repeated attempts.
