Incorrect Password
I've just had my new broadband hub delivered. I have tried to connect it to my devices but each time I'm getting password incorrect. I have typed the password in many times and getting the same message and it is typed in exactly as it says. I have reset the hub a few times but made no difference.

Re: Incorrect Password
@Deputydog2 it is very easy to misread Sky's passwords as they use the letters I and O and the numbers 1 and 0 so check you have not done that in error.
If the hub has been reset the password on the label is correct as it is generated during manufacture however to reset the reset pin on the blacks hubs has to be held in until the power led flashes which takes 20 seconds or so. On the white hubs it is the wps button that needs holding in until the led flashes which takes 30 seconds..
