We are having intermittent drops in WiFi/broadband coverage. TVs, Xbox and iPads dip out and stop working. This is very frustrating for my children as it spoils games and programmes. I will not be looking to renew in May if this continues.
I was reassured when I signed up for this package this would not happen; that was a lie and a broken promise; not good customer service SKY. Phil Bowker
