Inconsistent WiFi connection since Full Fibre installed

Hi, my broadband was switched to Full Fibre 500 on Thursday 23rd Oct. I'd like this investigated and corrected as a matter of urgency as I work from home and the internet is and integral part of my job. I changed to Sky Fibre instead of switching to YouFibre as I've been a loyal customer with Sky and have previously had no broadband connectivity issues.
