Incomplete fibre install

Hello,

A sky engineer came to my address earlier to carry out the 2nd stage of fttp installation interior connection to the grey box outside. 

However once everything was in place the PON light was flashing green and following a phonecall to one of his support contacts they mentioned needing an N11 engineer. Apparently there is something wrong on the pole outside but im non the wiser.

The sky engineer said openteach would have to come out to rectify the issue, but I can't see any updates on my orders in the my sky app. Is this something that is booked and addressed automatically or do I need to contact someone? Luckily our old basic  service seems to still be live but i don't want to be without Internet so I'm a little worried there's been no updates.

If they only came today I would give it a day or so to let Sky update the systems with the record of your visit today. Then see if there is an update
