Re: Incompatible Router

Yes i do @TimmyBGood, and the phone rings but you can't answer the call as its supposed to go through the router now I have superfast broadband. I just need the right router so i can plug the phone into the back of the router. This was not provided to me when i upgraded to SuperFast broadband.

That's somewhat contradictory: if you had been provisioned with VOIP there would be no ring on that socket.

Re: Incompatible Router

I have had serious incompatibility problems. I moved in to a brand new apartment with the latest technology. It has an Aonyx:Draytek deck with all sorts of Ethernet cables. I purchased Sky Q with 2 Mini boxes and Sky internet with a Sky hub. I now learn after 18 months of problems that the Sky internet service is not compatible with the Draytek/Aonyx rack. I'm changing to BT but I wish someone had told me sooner.
