In need of Router/hub
I recently moved home and my new home does not have a router/hub and sky has already activated my account without offering me a router/hub, please what do I do

Were you already a Sky Broadband customer? If so did you not take the hub from your previous address?

Yes I was using sky in my former home but the problem is the installed the previous router/hub inside the openreach connecter and made it non detachable. So I can't detach the router/hub without damaging the wall or socket

Unfortunately you'll need to explain that to Sky and potentially pay a penalty fee before they'll allocate a new Hub: the assumption is always that it's brought from the previous address.
