In house set up issue

We ran a test via call which identified in house set up issue does anyone know how to fix this ..... We have WiFi connection but have to come off WiFi to access videos or messages received via WhatsApp?

@Andy6-9 Go check your account and what the sky Broadband Shield product is currently set at, adjust to what you think is best for you!
