In-home installation

Hi there

My partner and i are moving into a new home where the previous owners had Sky broadband. When i looked to purchase a new broadband package it says the earliest it can be installed is the 18th of October, if the house already has sockets and fibre cables installed can this be any sooner ?

The date given to you by Sky will be the earliest one available. This could be down to a number of factors such as the previous owners not fully moving their line yet, availability in the Openreach calendar or a move from FTTC to FTTP as part of a new order process.
