I have just ( 2 weeks ago) upgraded to Fibre 500 and had my router replaced by Sky with SR 203
We have also got Sky Q which seems to work fine
Sky Telephone works fine over new fibre connection
BUT
I am getting lousy wifi connection in the main bedroom. Same floor but a couple of walls between the hub and the bedroom.
On my computer my speed shows as an average of 190 in the office but not in the bedroom where it can suddenly vanish to no connection and then return. Seems random. I never had this problem with the previous Sky Q router.
Looking at posts the only option I can seem to find if to ask for Sky Max.
Is it worth it?
Will it really help?
How do I order it as I can't seem to find it listed on the Sky website
