Important Notice: Scheduled Broadband Maintenance

 

From time to time, we need to carry out essential maintenance on our broadband network to keep everything running smoothly. These updates usually take place between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM to minimise disruption for everyone.

 

What to expect:

  • Your broadband service may be temporarily unavailable during this window.
  • Any interruptions are typically short, and service will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.
  • No action is required on your part.
  • If you still have problems after 7 am, try restarting your hub, or you check the service on Service Checker.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the best possible experience for all our customers.
