I'm a returning customer. I've found safe search frustrating so want to adjust the settings. Each time I sign into my account I think it links to my old account with the same email. It looks like I don't have a subscription. So o can't adjust the settings.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@OLDPHONE are you wanting to change the Sky Broadband Shield settings? If so you need to use the Sky id linked to your new account. If you were a previous customer almost certainly the system would have required you to set up a new id linked to a different email,address. If you cannot remeber thst give Sky a call but be prepared to be asked lots of security questions so have an phone passwords available, etc. Having your bsnk account details to habd will help.
Safe search as such is a setting on your Google account.
