I'd like someone from sky to explain to me why I need to reset the [language removed] sky box at least once a week. Why is your internet so bad? Why can i sometimes download from demand and sometimes not. I'm talking itv2 content convince me not to go out tomorrow and get myself a chipped firestick.

It's unlikely that anyone from Sky will come back to you from your post.
If post your router stats, the forum may be able to offer some advice - this can be done following the information in this link

You might not want replies from fellow customers but you've posted on a public forum. As already stated Sky are unlikely to respond to your comments so you're stuck with customers I'm afraid so you'll need to follow the advice from @Skull+Treaty

A 'chipped' Firestick isn't anything magic: it's the equivalent of 'jailbreaking' an iOS device to remove certain controls on installing applications from sources other than those provided by the owner of the operating system.
If you then use those applications to consume subscription content from non-legitimate sources, that's between you, your ISP, and any rights owner which chooses to take legal action against you.
