ISP

Hi   I cannot use apps or log in on websites as they say my service provider is outside the uk.  How do I sort this?

@Barbara37 assuming you are not using a VPN power down the hub for an hour which should get you a new IP address from Sky. The supply of IP4 addresses is exhausted so Sky are forced to buy up unused addresses from other coutries although the are registered to Sky in the UK it takes a few weeks for the services other sites use to check location to catch up.
