@Ashleigh58 does the phone reconnect if closer to the hub? There is a setting on iPhones called WiFi assist which switches to using mobile data if the WiFi is poor. Shile you can turn off this setting which is at the bottom of the Mobile Data settings it msybeca better idea to improve the wifi signal to your daughter's room.
