Re: IP location issue affecting Disney+
@Bungleblue different services use different ways of working out your location but if a site like whatismyipaddress.com gives a location outside the UK try powering down your Sky hub for an hour which should get you a new public IP address. Sky do occasionally move IP4 addresses between their markets and although thry inform the various agencies it can take time for the change to get replicated.

Thanks @Chrisee , i tried this & it worked, at least for a day, now the issue has returned. is there a way of keeping an IP the same, it seems to just keep changing?

Re: IP location issue affecting Disney+
@Bungleblue thar is unusual as out of the roughly 4 million IP addresses Sky assigns only a tiny proportion are affected. In practice normally the hub should keep,a public IP address once assigned for several months. Some security protection like Apples Privare Cloud Relsy can give odd results. For example I use the Apple system so if I try to log into the Lottery website it says I am out of the UK but Disney+ is ok. VPNs also can give you a false reading.
What does WhatismyIPaddress reporting as your location?

Re: IP location issue affecting Disney+
Some geolocation websites will report the registered office address of the ISP itself.
For Sky Broadband that would be Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex (ie West London)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
