I was on the phone with a person from technical team to help with my broadband issues.

I was talking via landline 151 with a person from your technical team - he asked to switch open reach off and router and we got disconnected. I was on hold beforehand for almost an hour. So very frustrating. Now my landline doesn't work anymore and so I can't call sky back to sort this
