I was due to have my sky connection on the 19 February but due to difficulties sky was unable to con

I was due to be reconnected with sky broadband on the 19 February but due to difficulties at the property they were unable to connect me with sky, can you please assist me further with when this issue will be resolved, thank you

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
