@MarieByrAre you just looking to move providers or are you getting rid of broadband totally within the property?

@MarieByr   I'm afraid you can't cancel through the forum, you'll need to persist with calling or use the message service o this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

Opening hours: Mon-Sun 09:00-19:30 

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Cancel completely.  Today I called and when I selected cancel was told all employees are in a course. I've called numerous times very difficult to cancel

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

 

So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.
